We want to make our beautiful, rich and unique land known nationally and internationally, especially the area of the Colli di San Pietro in Piano di Sorrento.

The experience at Montano strictly starts from our garden, which offers a view of the Li Galli island from every perspective.
In front of us opens up the view of olive groves, lemon groves, fruit trees, vineyards and a large vegetable garden where we cultivate the vegetables that become the protagonists of Nonna Maria’s recipes, just like in the past.
The experience we want to create will involve you completely, and above all your palate that will be delighted by our fresh produce and contaminated by our genuineness, not only related to the products, but especially to our way of doing things.
This experience is a work in progress, but already today in our Eco Bistrot il Montano, our products are zero kilometers, our supply chain is a short chain of small local businesses that have always produced excellence of the our land.

la normale “Parigina” da noi è un'offesa, solo nonna Maria tirava la sfoglia in modo da farla venire speciale e noi, oltre agli ingredienti a km0 che usava lei, facciamo la sfoglia come lei ci ha insegnato.
